Our Services
Site Setup and Site Field Engineer
Our Site Setup and Site Field Engineer service for temporary EV chargers ensures your charging area is planned, installed, and ready to operate safely and efficiently. A Site Field Engineer will attend your location to assess, power availability, ground conditions, traffic flow, and any constraints unique to your site, then set up the temporary EV charging layout accordingly. This includes positioning chargers for safe vehicle manoeuvring, arranging cable management and protective measures, placing clear signage and bay markings where required, and completing basic commissioning checks to confirm equipment is functioning correctly. The engineer will also brief your team on safe operation and day-to-day use, helping you get reliable temporary charging in place with minimal disruption to your site.
Technical Support Available
Our technical support service for temporary EV charging gives you quick, reliable help whenever you need it. Every charger is supplied with a clear user manual to guide day-to-day operation, but if any issues arise our support team is on hand to troubleshoot and get you back up and running fast. We can also monitor performance through our back-office system, Monta, allowing us to detect faults early, diagnose problems remotely where possible, and arrange prompt corrective action—minimising downtime and keeping your temporary charging provision running smoothly.
Training for your team
We provide practical training for your on-site teams to confidently operate and support temporary EV charging from day one. The session covers how to set up the equipment safely, power up and shut down correctly. Your team will also learn first-line troubleshooting for common issues—such as connectivity problems, session start/stop errors, basic resets, and checking power and indicator statuses—so minor faults can be resolved quickly on site. Alongside the hands-on guidance, we include key technical information such as charger ratings and power requirements, connector types, typical charging speeds, safe operating limits, and an overview of monitoring via our back-office system, helping your staff understand what “normal” looks like and when to escalate for specialist support.
